Mullite
At present, there are mainly high purity fused mullite, ordinary fused mullite, finely sintered mullite with all natural bauxite and caustic−burned mullite.
Fused mullite of Ruishi Brand is made of high quality pure natural mullite ore, melted from the advanced industrial furnace with high temperature. It is featured by uniform expansion, excellent thermal shock resistance, high softening point with load, low elevated temperature creep value, high hardness, good resistance to chemical corrosion etc. Mullite with Ruishi brand is the ideal material used in the industry such as metallurgy, ceramics, construction materials, chemicals, electricity and foundry. Sintered mullite is choosed the natural high−quality bauxite, through multi−level homogenization, calcined at over 1750. It is characterized by high bulk density, stable quality, stability thermal shock resistance, low index of high temperature creep and good chemical corrosion resistance performance and so on, it is the perfect raw material for variety of shaped and monolithic refractory, advanced ceramic asanitary ware body, precision casting models and so on.
