1. introduction

1. The recoiling core can rise and shrink automatically so that the bundle of wires cable taken down easily.

2. The shifting board and the control handle are made into one body. So long as the control handle is revolved by a smallest angle,

the rising and shrinking of the recoiling and the fixing of the shifting board are completed at the sane time.

only the axle position of the back board is adjusted to meet the need of the width of all kinds as requested.

The product is mainly used for circling and binding wires and cables of 6 mm and less than 6mm,
