1. General introduction
Component: It consists of heating tank, cooling tank, drag conveyer belt, steam heating device, programming controller and gearing etc. The heating tank and cooling tank are seperated to upperayer and lower layer. Meanwhile, each tank is also divided into two sections with different temperature.
Function: It is for heating coagulation and cooling of lactone bean curd, sterilizing and cooking of boxed tofu, pasteurization of other packed food. During the production, it can finish the feding and discharging the material automatically. All of the procedure is controlled by PLC.
