Main application
This machine fit for drying and sterilizing powder,granular, sheet-like or gel-like food ,and additive, flavoring, medicine, raw material of herbal medicine, nutritional health products, agriculture & sideline products, non-fried(or oil-saving)instant noodles, noodles, pasta,rice powder noodles, soy products, beef jerky, preserved meat, dried fish ,tea, tobacco and so on; and for drying, peeling and baking almond, peach kernel, groundnut kernels, chestnut and so on; and for puffing of leisure food , Sweet potato slices potato chips, dried shrimps, fish maw and so on; and for sterilizing and oral liquor, pickles, a variety of small packaging food ;and for drying beans; and for thawing the frozen fish ,poultry; and for drying and desulfurating and deoxidizing the metallurgical chemical products; and for drying printing and dyeing products, ceramics, glass, chemical fiber, cotton yarn, wood, leather, bamboo products, insulation materials, building materials, cork, alveolate cardboard, corrugated ,and so on.
Features
1.Heated evenly.Microwave acts on the water molecules, so the water content of high absorbing microwave power more than low moisture content.Selective heating uniform heat.
2.High efficiency and energy saving.Microwave is a direct effect on material, no significant additional heat loss, can't heating furnace air and corresponding container, so the thermal efficiency is high, the production environment has improved significantly, compared with infrared heating power savings of 30%.
3.High efficiency,short time. Because microwave can penetrate the nut from different directions,there is no need for the heating transfer process.
