1.Commissioning Service:
The price doesn't include install and test cost(When we delivery machine,we will provide detailed information,includes how to install,you can install by yourself).OR 1~2 technician go to your warehouse for 7~10days and the cost will be atbuyer’s account,one person is USD 70/day.
2. Warranty:while delivering machine,we will provide 2 sets spare parts freely.For the whole equipment,warranty is 12months,within 12 months,if have equipment quality problems,we will provide accessories freely. After the expiration of warranty period,if have spare parts problem,we only receive the cost of required replacement parts.We commit we will provide free technical support of equipment all whole life.
3. Pre_shipment Inspection: supplier should make trial run for the whole packing assemble at supplier’s factory before shipment.
3.Why we choose microwave sterilizer/dryer compared with traditional heating devices?
1. Traditional heating device heat from outside in, relying on the conduction of the center of the material being heated. Microwave itself is not hot, but the microwave energy could penetrate material, resulting in the friction between polar molecules inside the material and generate internal heat.
2. Traditional heating device require higher external temperatures to heat the center of the product, the surface will become overheated, this will reduce the material's quality. With microwave energy, there is no excessive external energy applied to the surface for the product. It is heated evenly and get superior quality product.
3. Multi-function, apart from drying, it could also finish sterilization and Ripening. Besides, if you prefer, it could also be equipped with cooling system.
