Ben Zhang, company founder, was raised in China, graduated from Harvard Universty and spent years in the import and expport business. Our bilingual Production and Sourcing staff are also western educated and work in time with QA and QC staff who are working at factories. We have a detailed 20-step production protocol, and product testing emphasizing product safety and CPSIA compliance. Our expertise ensures your order will be correct and delivered on time.

Quality control
Greater China QC team has 10 well trained quality control people working on-site. Every project will be done at least twice inspection, in-line inspection at 5%-10% stage to make sure everything is correct at the begging, even there is something wrong we still have time to correct it. To do final inspection at 80% to insure the quality and packing are all correct before delivery.
We use AQL 1.0&2.5 standard which is a very high standard in promotion market, to make stern demands of both us and our factories. We do color fastness test, tensile test and drop test of each project on-site. We send samples to lab to do more testing which can’t do on-site. The QC team never gives surprise at the last minutes
Product safety testing
Greater China is committed to product safety. Each order is reviewed by our Product Safety Team who determines the appropriate test protocol prior to lab testing. We also verify with our clients the age group and the intended use for the product. we are also able to test to different market standards such as EU and Canada. Please alert us if you have special testing requirements, questions or concerns.Greater China products are lab tested by independent labs to comply with all applicable standards and we only partner with leading labs who have a worldwide presence. Currently we are using SGS,BV,ITS and TUV for our product safety testing.
Quality Assurance
Greater China's believe less is more. We focus our projects to our core vendors who are fully support Greater China's demands. Our core vendors are all qualified in both quality managment and social assurance.
Our QA team 100% understand the regulation of SA8000,Disney and Starbuck certificate. Most of our Core vendors were trained by our internal QA team to pass those audit and get the certificate.
