Introduce of fiber opening machine:
Aiming at carding three dimension scew cottons,the machine is a patent product successfully researched & developed by our scientific personnel.It is the most advanced fiber carding machine in our country.Its greatest advantage is that it adops a big roller and several small rollers with low rotate speed (1400whirl/min) to card the three dimension screw cotton,and the curding rate is over 98% and it will not damage the cotton during the procedure.Especially,there is a metal exploration warning alarm immediately,stop the machine and spill the metal (over 2mm) entering the fiber carding machine, it will give marning alarm immediately, stop the machine and spill the metal out from conveyer belt to avoid damaging the steel gear of the machine .The machine has the advantages of small volime,high quality,long longevity and low maintenance rate.
The output is more than 50% of similar products,and it can automatically put cotton into guarantee the safety of the operators.This machine has gained national patent.The whole machine adops automobile spray booth for high tempereture pre-painting and antirust.
