Operation Skills for the pop-top can sealer
Before started:
1). Check every parts of the machine are all well smooth
2). Check for loose firmware, if anything damaged, like power wire.
3). Check rotation systerm any abnormal sound or everything is perfect for running.
 
Adjustment:
a). Turn on inching switch, screw lifting spiral to applicable cans height.
b). Adjust 2 trolley place to right position.
 
Operating:
c). Turn on switch, place caps on cans manually.
d). Place cans on the mould tray of the machine, and make it on right place.
e). Right caps and cans position and step on controlling switch for sealing.
 
Attention:
1). 3 or more people needed when replacing this whole machine
2). No pulling and extruding power wire.
3). No water when machine cleaning. (Wet rag is OK)
4). No hands touch or adjust pinch roller when operating.
