*Wood block making machine is used to recycle the wood sawdust, shavings and other wood waste, to make blocks, feet, log for wood pallet, which can be used in packing industry and logistics. Our wood block machine is made up of Cursher, Dryer, Gluing Mixer, Hot Press Machine to cut block piece by piece.
*Wood block making machine is also an ideal machine using hot pressing principle for moulding small wood chips, wood sawdust, wood shavings or any other waste wood materials into high density, smooth, waterproof, fumigation-free and inspection-free high quality heel block.
*And the raw materal for wood block making machine is sawdust, wood shavings, waste wood, used pallet and so on. If the raw material is really big, the crusher can be used firstly.
Production Line of Wood Block Making Machine

1.Using dryer to dry wood chips or shavings.
2.Using glue mixer to mix the wood chips or shavings with glue.
3.The wood block is widely used in packing industry and logistics.
4.Using wood block machine to mould the mixed wood sawdust and glue into long blocks.
Raw Materials Requirements for Wood Block Machine
1.Glue: Urea formaldehy glue.
2.The materials size is about 5cm.
3.The materials moisture content within 10%-12%.
4.If the materials can not meet above request, you need crusher and dryer machine.
5.The materials can be wood sawdust, wood chips, wood shavings and other small waste wood materials.
Disposition of Wood Block Making Machine
*Equipment Disposition: Generally four hot presses are a production line, with providing the gluing machine, grinder each. (dryer, gluing machine, crusher and so on supporting facility customer purchase in addition).
*Personnel Disposition: Production personnels are 4-5 person per shift. And raw material sort (screening), drying, spreads 2-3 people. With 2 people looking after the machines.
*Production Cycle: After confirmation order form and advanced payment, 40 super craftsmen ship factory delivery.
*Equipment investment recoupment period for 10-12 month. Our factory is responsible for the technical training, and provides the consumption the post-sale service.
