Automatic veneer peeling lathe with high efficiency
Introduction:
1.Enlarging single & twin rollers%27 diameter(110) to increase barking effciency.
2.The surface of single & twin rollers%27 are plated with chrome in order to increase wearabiliy .According to many times of practice .Pythagorean linear groove on the surface of roller will avoid veneer twisting on rollers,to increase production efficiency.
Based on the principle of wedge free rotation shaver ,the most updated SLDP1400 and SLDP2300 hydraulic wood barker is designed with hydraulic drive system for purpose of striping wood and straightening log . It makes the process of wood striping and log straightening very efficient so that the output quantity of each this machine can satisfy the input quantity of two sets of wood shaver , substituing manual barking & straightening , saving 5-6 persons%27working .If our automatic feeding production line adopted , up to 7-9 persons%27 working will be saved , further conveying vehicles sush as forklift can be neglected , thus to minimize the production costs .
The specialties of wood barker :

4.Reasonable & accurate concertation of each parts in drive system will ensure continuity & reliability of the machine .
5.The most important point is the adoption of hydraulic feeding system , fast feeding &retreating of edge is realized , further more the feeding force is displayed and able to be adjusted to different kinds of wood .
6.The hydraulic force station is reasonably equipped , manual resetting commutator valves adopted . It is of swift reaction , easy operation , facility in maintainance , moderate requirements on the operators%27 skill .
Advanced control system , this peeling machine is controlled by servo system , it is a more advanced
system than PLC control , it is closed loop control , which will not be ineterferenced by ourter
electrimagnetic , and have a better performance in speed and location control , then the veneer will comes
out better .
> Suitable for large diameter logs , the max peeling diameter for this machine is 380 mm , which is larger
than normal Spindleless peeling machine , veneer thickness range is from 0.4-3.6 mm ,
> High efficiency , the peeling speed of this machine is 43m/min , which is the most efficient machine among
all the peeling machines ,
> Easily operated , the control box is touch screen , you can adjust the parameters by touching the screen .
> knife table angle adjustable , this is our patent technology , which can help to make the veneer smooth
