Wooden cable/wire drum press machine line is used to manufacture the wooden cable/wire drum from wood waste.
Equipment need for the whole machine line:
- wood chip machine ( if you wood material is big, need wood chip machine to make your big wood into chip)
- wood crsher
Function: to crush the wood blocks or wood chips into wood dust or wood flakes which suitable for the press machine
- wood dryer machine
Function: to dry the wood flake to the suitable moisture for the press machine
- Resin mixer
Function: Mix Resin with the wood flake. Can also add paraffin to make drum water-proof.
- Drum flange press machine
Function: drum flange press machine is used to press mixed wood flake into flange
The diameter and the thickness of the flange can make according the requirements.
Diameter from: 500mm—1300mm thickness from: 16mm—60mm
- Drum neck press machine
Function: drum neck press machine is used to press the tube neck of the drum, need 3 piece to combine to one tube.
The diameter of the tube/neck can make according the requirements.
Working procedure of wood cable/wire drum machine line:
Wood chip machine(select)-----wood crusher-----wood dryer -------resin mixer-----wood cable drum flange press machine ------wood cable drum neck press machine.
Other necessary equipment needed for the line is:
1. Thermal oil boiler (three kinds: coal or wood type, gas type, electrical type) can choose one which most suitable for your market
2. The machine line we make according the requirements size of the clients
3. The press machine can change the module to press different size.
