HD-SP Ⅲ Automatic digital high speed blister forming machine (environmentally friendly)
SP-Ⅲ type forming machine is the fifth generation of the latest plastic equipment, this machine has all the features of the original model, increasing the production of dual-use demolition operatives bit fully closed the door. More suitable for dust-free workshop, a modern-scale manufacturer of choice for plastic products.
Some major improvements:
1.Using the latest CNC heating element, the operation easier, more power-saving features, reducing production costs.
2.Retrofitting furnace heat insulation plate mirror reflector, improving thermal efficiency utilization and more stringent product quality meet the requirements.
3.Use of precision drawing tablet device, and have poured film, taking film function, the material losses to a minimum.
4.Cooling fan installed wind guide slot, installation of steel beams supporting insulated pipe, in order to speed up the cooling rate, to improve productivity.
5.The whole machine sheet metal using paint and spray, so that looks more beautiful and more environmentally friendly, easy to clean.
