Chinese truffle (T. indicum) is very similar in apprearance and flavor to the T. aestivum and T. uncinatum, but smoother and dark red or dark brown than them. The flavor is also less pungent. As a not so expensive product, it maybe a good choice for more common people.
Our truffles harvested from Yunnan where the quality is best in China with its unique three-dimensional climate and abundant rainfall and sunshine on the mountains at the altitude of 1000-3000m. Each product is a treasure from Nature.
