This kind of mini donut machine is widely used for making crispy and delicious donut or cake. Donut is a kind of fried food. Its shape is round with hollow, its color is golden yellow,.It has been adopted by many restaurant, hotel and home etc.
The efficiency is very high, which could reach to 400-1200pcs/h. Each donut machine has 3 moulds with different size, you could produce various sizes of donut with them.
1. The donut size could be easied adjusted by adjusting the height of the adjustable pole, the size
would be bigger if the pole is higher.
2. Increased donut counter, which could count the production quantity of the donut
3.Could easily control the time of each donut
4. After innovation of the feed barrel , it is easier to feed and disassembling and assembling.
5.The oil temperature could be apparent after mounting the electric oil temperature indicator.
1.Main food:
flour,milk,eggs,butter,sugar,yeast power,
Additive food:
chocolate,coco power,powdered sugar,granulated sugar,almond piece,jam,nutlet
2.Maker process:
1). heat 40g milk to 30 degree Celsius,add the yeast power,and let them fermented.then put the water and others material into the mix-machine. mix about 10minute.
2).warm up the donuts maker to 178 degree Celsius,and paint butter and salad oil
3).pour defined amount flour into the groove of donuts maker,heat them about 3-5 minutes
4).add the additive as chocolate,nutlet...
