3. Application scope:
Applied in sofa manufacture. Bonding of sponge with sponge, sponge with wood
4.Spraying requirements
1. Spray on both surfaces.
2. Air pressure of spraying gun is 6-8 kg
3. The distance between spray nozzle and surface is about 0.2m.
4. The angle of spray nozzle and surface is about 45 degree.
5. Debug the spraying gun for best effect which should be granulated or fan-shaped spraying.
6. The spraying gun should move steadily. The layer of spraying adhesive should be even without accumulation or lackness of
adhesive.
5. Operation Notice:
1. Keep environment ventilated
2. Single side spraying or large area spraying should bond instantly when spraying.
3. Two sides spraying or curve bonding should wait 1-5 minutes for pre-drying.
4. Uneven spraying, deposited glue could cause flouring or hard edging phenomenon.
