There are many companies that offer standard domed decals and domed labels. We go one step further using a special embossing with high quality screen printing or
full color UV printing process to accentuate the details of your logo and text. The result is the next generation in domed decals and domed labels,
where fine details jump out at you, emphasizing your brand identity.

| Dome | This top layer of the Dome Label consists of a polyurethane that is poured, as a liquid, over the ink, |
| onto the material. The Dome takes a period of time to cure to the material and harden into a crystal | |
| clear protective coating that gives your decal the high-end look customer’s notice. | |
| Ink&Color | Dome Labels and Decals are silkscreen printed or off-set UV printed with UV ink for CMYK four colors. |
| We "build" your spot colors and Pantone® colors from CMYK, therefore there is no additional charge! | |
| When requesting pms matches, request a sample proof to verify color match. | |
| Material | Our most common Dome Label and Decal material is our 2mil shiny silver chrome material. |
| We also offer 2mil brushed silver and 2mil white through our online quoter. | |
| We have a variety of other materials available on a special order basis. | |

| Adhesive | Most dome sticker and decal materials come with a 2 or 4mil acrylic or 3M permanent adhesive. |
| Versatile and general purpose, it has excellent adhesion to a wide range of surfaces including metals and | |
| most ABS plastics. Excellent initial tack. Minimum application temp is 60ºF; service range is -40º to +180ºF. | |

| Most Dome Labels ship flat on a coated paper liner or clear poly liner. If you have special requirements such as | |
| a specific liner, domes supplied on rolls or domes that have a built in curve to be applied to rounded surfaces, please contact us. |
What types of Shapes can be domed?
Any shape can be produced. Complex construction is available as well.
