Item:  stainless steel steam heating mixing tank

Application: For uniform mixing, agitation and hydration of the various blended elements, indispensable in dairy, beverage and pharmaceutical industries.

Volume: Available from 50L to 20,000L.

 

Specification:

  1. Material: SUS 304 and/or SUS 316.
  2. Jacketed with steam heating. Or it can be electric heating, hot water or gas heating.
  3. Outer casing surface: Mirror polishing / 2B / mat ; Inner surface (bladder and tank): Mirror polishing (Roughness: Ra≤0.4μm ).
  4. Insulating layer: Warm-keeping layer of polyurethane foaming ensures temperature variation of the liquid product in the tank controlled at the minimum.
  5. Liquid level gauge: optional.
  6. Thermometer: optional. 
  7. Agitation device: Paddle, Anchor, Turbine, or spiral agitator (optional).
  8. CIP cleaning: T-shaped 360° rotational CIP cleaning ball.
  9. Man-hole equipped.
