APPLICATION:

Structure features:

From the Inner tank, jacket, insulation layer, the outer foreskin, reducer, stirring paddle, thermometers and other components

Inner tank:stainless steel plate 304 material, surface polishing.

Middle jacket: made of A3 steel or 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel, reinforcing ring spiral device, cold water from bottom to top (no pressure), to achieve the best upand cooling purposes.

Thermal insulation group:made of stainless steel plate thrown into a scale pattern and become, heat preservation layer with polyurethane or glass wool to keep with the outside temperature, achieve the effect of heat preservation.

Retarder:cycloid reducer fixed on the beams of the bracket, gear wheel shaft and impeller connection, use of loop connection for easy disassembly and cleaning.

Thermometer: specification of 00C~1000C, the installation beam, straight minimum medium position, the fluid material used in the lowest position also can indicate the temperature, to achieve sterilization and aging objective.
