The description of this stainless steel tank:

 

Use:widely used in milk and other food industries, pharmacy factory for storage of liquid product.

 

Material:

(1) all material used is high quality sus304-2B stainless steel or SUS316l Stainless steel;

(2) internal layer thickness is 3mm;

(3) external layer thickness is 2mm;

(4) dimple jacket thickness is 1.5mm;

 

structure: cylindrical shape, conical top cover ,angel of the top to cylinder is 15 degree, with skirt

                 base; with PU(Polyurethane) as heat insulation; with cooling dimple pad at tank wall and

                 base.

 

other standard attachments:

                manhole, breath valve, CIP spraying balls, lifting hooks, glass tube level indicator, digital

                show themometer, product inlet and outlet.

external surface is 2B,weld ground and clean by chemical,internal polish to mirrow or 180 mesh, this is according to client detail requirements.mixer can be made with supporter at bottom or just hanging without supporter.

 

standard sizes are 500L-100,000L.
