ARECA LEAF PLATE PROCESSING STEPS :

Step 1 – Areca Palm trees produces “Betel Nuts” which is the major ingredient of Indian Mouth Freshner “Pan”.

Step 2 – The natural shredded leaves from Areca Palm Trees are collected in abundance and brought to our facility in South India.

Step 3 – The Shelton of the areca leaves are then soaked in water and rinsed thoroughly to make it free from dirt and other particles.

Step 4 – The tainted water is drained and now they are left for sun drying.

Step 5 – The leaves are now hard-pressed in Hydraulic Machine Moulds to obtain Round Leaf Plates.

Step 6 – The last step involves packaging of the areca leaf plates as per our client’s requirements.


Note - The entire process ensures complete safety towards environment as no areca palm trees are chopped or cut at any stage during the making of our areca leaf plates and only shredded areca leaves are used to make this product.
