Automatic Bag on valve Aerosol Filling Machine
It is Dualistic Packing Aerosol Filling Machine, include: Dualistic compressed air filler with capper and Dualistic liquid filler.
First use compressed air filler with capper fill the compressed air into the can, then cap the valve( with the bag) onto the cans, then use Dualistic liquid filler fill raw materials into the bag of can to completely, insulate raw materials from can body, propellant takes compressed air (purification) to substitute propane and butane liquefied petroleum gas, Diethyl Ether, etc., thus, the bother brought by leakage of raw material eroding the can body is settled. The machine can also be used as a medical oxygen filling.

Bag On Valve Technology
1. The Valve of a Bag-on-Valve
Bag-on-Valve (BOV) systems are available with both female and male valves.
2. The Bag-on-Valve Bag
Bag-on-Valve FDA-approved laminated aluminum bag (3 or 4 layers depending on product
requirements). BOV systems are available in a large range of sizes.
3. The Product
Bag-on-Valve systems are suitable for liquid as well as viscous products, such as gels, creams and
ointments,
in a number of application areas.
BOV systems are optimized for oxygen-sensitive and sterile products.
4. The Bag-on-Valve Propellant
Because of the separation between product and propellant, BOV can be used with compressed air or
nitrogen.
5. The Bag-on-Valve Actuator
Bag-on-Valve are available in a large range of standard actuators depending on product demands.
6. The Bag-on-Valve Can
Standard aerosol can, aluminum or tin plate (whenever possible the use of aluminum cans is

BOV systems. No limitation in marketing solutions.
