This equipment is pneumatic,used the compressed air as power,no electricity, safe, reliable, and widely used for filling portable oxygen, butane gas cartridge,Cassette gas and other canned gas.
The whole machine consist of two units,one is vacuum crimping machine, the other is gas filling machine. We design it in one working table or two working table .The machine is safe and reliable ,maintained conveniently .It has small-occupied area and simple operation, belongs to economical aerosol production equipment

1.Is the process difficult to learn?
This machine is simple operation, it has been debugged and installed before loading into woode case. No need any debugging when you use it, i believe you can use the machine very easily, because we provide Manual book and video to teach you .
2.What is the warranty?
The warranty of the machine is 12 months, we bear the responsibility of free maintenance,and we
supply lifetime technical service guarantee .
We will supply you all the spare parts(easily damaged parts ) which are enough for using three years.
After 3 years,we only charge on the cost.
3.Is it easy to add various gases to fill?
I know you will fill oxygen, what others gases you will fill?"oxygen, nitrogen,compressed air, Co2" these 4 gases can use with one machine
the machine will be different if you filling other gases.
4.Can the gas/spray levels be measured? If so how?
Our machine can measure the gas volume and pressure
5.Do you have a showroom/factory should I wish to visit and learn about the machine and how to use.
Yes, we are factory , if you decide to visit us , please let me know in advance, we will try to ready a machine
for your looking and testing.
6.Do you sell compressed air and/or oxygen tanks?
We can supply the air compressor and oxygen tanks for you.
7.How can i adjust the filling volume into the small bottles, for example from 6L to 7L?
adjust the filling bar and adjust the volume of piston cylinder.(very easy)
