1.The open size of the tunnel usually to be 33cm height and 12cm wide. other size are also available.
2.There are several kinds of belt, width are different. 82mm, 102mm,114mm,152mm,175mm.
3.The voltage of factory setting is 3 Phases,380V,50Hz. Other power requirements are also availabel, please tell us your demands.
Features :
1.SD-SL09 Steam Heating Shrink Tunnel can be applied to different and irragurlar bottle types, e.g. round bottles,square and flat bottles.
2. It adopts seamless tube, the distribution of low-pressur of steam drum and spouting method of steam are unified.
3. The steam nozzle is divided to three adjustable segments; the height, position and steam output of each segment can be adjusted respectively, this guarantees a perfect shrinking effect.
4.The Whole machine is made of stainless steel with heat preservation, it not only saves the energy, but also matches with the international safety standard.
5. The satinless steel deforsting tray collects condensed water. The whole machine adopts the waterproof design with the convenience of operation and maintenance.
Special Manufacture:
Based on the originl configuration, double layer holding fumace is manufactured to take effect on energy saving and enviromental protection.
