Introduction:
This filling machine adopts the PLC and the weighing feedback system that makes a higher filling precision. All operations complete on the touching screen. It is reliable, stable, widely used for sauce filling.
Performance advantages:
Control system--- Delta PLC, random trimming filling measurement.
Operation interface--- colorful touching screen, visible, easy to operate, weighing results displays on the screen, too.
Function improvement---the feeding nozzles are equipped with filling blockers to prevent leaking and dropping, can also realize diving filling according to the material properties.(this function can be selected)
Real-time alarm---automatic stopping and alarming when the system appears serious breakdown.
Machine elements---the parts touching the material using the high-quality sus 316 and non-poisonous, anti-corrosive PTEF hose. Others use the sus 304.
Counting detection----real- time counting, reflecting the output directly.
Filling detection----No-bottle no-filling, it will not conduct filling if the bottles are not enough. Filling precision is ± 0.03%, more accurate than the original ± 1%.
