Alternative Imitation Honey in Glass Bottle
We have clover , chaste , buckwheat and other flavor for imitation honey. Welcome enquiries.
We use maltitol, a sugar alohol, as a sugar substitute.
It has 75-90% of the sweetness of sucrose (table sugar) and nearly idential properties, except for browning.
It is half as caloric as table sugar and does not promote tooth decay, and has a somewhat lesser effect on blood glucose.
It is used in commercial products under table names such as lesys, Maltisweet and Sweetpearl.
