We produce stock culture of oyster mushroom in the sterile workshop.

             The process of rearing and cultivating

 

 

 

a) The temperature requirements: growth temperature range of fruit body is 7-26 degrees Celsius, differentiation temperature needs 10-17 degrees Celsius, fruit body requires around 5 degrees Celsius temperature stimulation.

b) The humidity requirements: mushroom in the midst of humidity in the mushroom bud differentiation stage at around 85%-90% for suitable; fruit body growth stage to be suitable for 85%, the moisture content of 52% for cultivation.

c) The illumination requirements: according to the different requirements of customers to determine the light scattering light or direct light.

d) Air requirements: mushroom bud formation stage requires appropriate concentrations of carbon dioxide, in favor of evoked mushroom bud formation. The fruiting stage requires sufficient fresh air, in general , in the afternoon of the ventilation time, generally about 30 minutes is appropriate( according to the external wind adjust ventilation time).
