| Nutmeg Powder is the ground seed from the Myristica Fragrans tree, |
| belonging to the Myristicaceae family. It is a small and bushy tropical evergreen with smooth, |
| greyish-brown bark, scented dark-green leaves, and scented tiny yellow flowers. The smooth |
| and yellow fruit of this tree provides us with two separate spices, Mace and Nutmeg. Mace is the |
| bright red covering (the aril) and Nutmeg (the nucleus) is the seed. Nutmeg's taste and smell is |
| a bit more robust than that of Mace. |
1. DESCRIPTION
Product ( Nutmeg Powder ) obtained from the carefully selected shelled portion of the nutmeg fruit ( Myristica fragrans). This product will not be grown from Genetically Modified Seeds. Prior to packaging the product will be inspected and passed through magnets and metal detectors to remove ferrous metallic contamination.

4. PACKAGING AND STORAGE REQUIREMENTS
Packed in high-density polyethylene bags. Storage area will be a cool (below 24ºC) and dry area. Shelf life under these conditions should be 24 months.
5. IDENTIFICATION
Each Bag will carry the following identification marks including Name of the Product, Net Weight, Shipping Mark, Name of Manufacturer and country of Origin, Lot Number and Date of Production and Date of Expiry.
6. Documentation
We will be attaching a certificate of origin and a self certified analysis report along with the shipment.
7. SHELF LIFE
If the goods are stored in a cool dry place and fumigated at regular intervals, the shelf life of the goods will be 24 months.
8. storage
Please store the goods in a cool dry place, away from sunlight, on pallets, and away from walls.
