 MANUFACTURING PROCESS FOR PLAIN PAPPADUMS

 

PROCESS  1 - All the ingredients used for pappadums are Inspected on receipt.
PROCESS  2 - All the ingredients are then Fumigated.
PROCESS  3 - They are then Sieved & passed through magnet.
PROCESS 4 -  Grinding the Urid Dal into Powder .
PROCESS 5 -  Mix  Salt and Bicarbonate of Soda in water.
PROCESS 6 -  Mix Urid Dal Powder into the above liquid to make ingredients into a paste.
PROCESS 7 -  Massaging the Paste with Veg. Edible Oil into a ball shape.
PROCESS 8 - Making the ball into a stick shape  and cut the stick in size what are size we want.
PROCESS  9 - Just touch the cutted stick with rice flour , Paving the same and pressing it into a flat dough.
PROCESS 10 - After that dry it in broad sunlight, It become papadums.
PROCESS 11 - After that sort out the papad and place it in dry place.
PROCESS 12 - Quality inspection for any defects.
PROCESS 13 - Packed the Papadums in weight 130g x 100 pkts/ctn or as per packing specified by buyer and fumigated under cover .

Please store the goods in a cool dry place,  away from sunlight, on pallets, and away from floors and walls.
