-          Temperature in the center of product ≤ -18^oC, in solid state. When being thawed, the product has a fine, wet and sticky state with cream white color.

Description of main raw material

-          IQF Whole pitted lychee of first grade, produced from fresh and sound lychee, fresh and robust flavor and aroma, cream white colour, at the top of lychee fruit has small part with light brown or pink color, without bits of skin or seeds, and free from foreign matter.

-          Brix ≥ 12^o, Acid 0.07-0.5.
