What is shirataki noodle? Have you heard of miracle noodle, zero noodle and slim noodle? Exactly this is shirataki noodles which keeps you slim day by day!

Shirataki noodle is made of konjac flour without any other additive and artificial essence. Ingredient is konjac flour, water and calcium hydroxide (E526) only. And absolutely NATURAL!!!

Konjac is a kind of alkalescence plant, which contains low calories and a water-soluble dietary fiber. It is a healthy diet food. Scientific name --- Amorphophalms konjac. In Japan, it is called Konnyaku or Shirataki. The word "shirataki" means "white waterfall", describing the appearance of these noodles.

Shirataki absorb the flavor of whatever you add them to, so don't be shy with the sauce. These weight-loss noodles leave you feeling full and satisfied all-day long. Below is the start step for all dishes preparation:

1. Drain the liquid and rinse 2 or 3 times with clear water.

2. Toss in hot water for 1 minute

3. Then it is ready for any following steps.

It is suitable for cool dishes. Cut some cucumber, carrot strips, some coriander; add soy sauce, vinegar, salt or any sauce and stir with cooked shirataki noodles. That’s finish! So easy! Like hot? Add wasabi paste. Everything is perfect!

Hot dishes like soup, stew, stir-fry, all is ok.

Alternatively, the noodles can be drained and dry roasted. This gets rid of the bitterness. It also makes the noodles have a more pasta like consistency. Dry roasting is done by placing noodles in a non-stick skillet on high for a minute or until you hear a slight squeaking noise when moving them around. After that they are ready to be added to soup stock or have a sauce added to them.

Storage:

room temperature: 0 degree centigrade to 40 degree centigrade. Keep in cool and dry place; refrigerated once opened and use within three days; do not freeze!

Shirataki products are packed in liquid with a plastic bag or plastic tray. It is quite heavy and we suggest using pallets during shipping.
