2. How to take?
In the beginning, you'd better take it while eating food to prevent the ardor in the stomach. You can take 500-1000mg each time for one week, and then take a little more with the time goes on. After taking it for a certain time, you need not to take it with food together, 2000-6000mg suggested.
For example, 150pounds man can take 1/2 spoon in the morning and noon separately.
