5. Using methods
(1)Putting one bag into wood basin and add 3-4litres boiling water
(2)Putting your feet in the hot steam but not put your feet in hot water, this can make your feet relax in   advance while waiting the hot water become warm, it can last 10-15 minutes
(3)When the water become warm 40-45 or the degree you like, soak your feet in the herbal water for 30minutes at least till sweats appear on your head
(4)If water become cool, you may add more hot water as per what you need.
