It The seed is the crossbreed of Hybrids between Pennisetum Americana(L.)Leeke.Tift23A and P.Purpureum Schumach.3,proved to a high yield forages,Suitable for tropical&subtropical regions and soil condition,can used for mowing and grazing.Its Yield can reach 200-250T/ha,and content of Crude Protein is about 12%.It Can be used to breed herbivorous livestock like cows,sheeps,rabbits,ostrichdes ,geese ,etc.and Fishes.
origin: It is the crossbreed of Hybrids between Pennisetum Americana(L.)Leeke.Tift23A and P.Purpureum Schumach.3,the advantage of hybridization is notable .
Main features:
1.high Yield,it can be cut 8-10 times in subtropical region,in general cultivation condition,the yield of hay is 27 30T/ha; In temperate region,in can be cut 4-5 times,its yield can reach 2227t/ha.
2.The quality of the grass is excellent,it has much leaves which are more tender,more nutrient,and contains more N-freeextract and crude protein .It is suitable for fresh feed and Silage.
3.Precocious,heading earlier,have no impact on the yield and quality of the grass when it is cut or used.
4.It is Suitable for growing in the region where is warm ,humid,and fertile.It can be used to breed the Livestock,poultry and Fresh grass carp.
Cultivation Technology:
Soil Preparation and Seeding:For the seed is too small,and the Scion have less ability to contradict the soil ,so the soil should be minor;It can seed when the temperature reach 15.In subtropical region ,it can Seed in January or February.
