Introduction of grass pellet machine :
1.The grass pellet machine is used for processing pellet with different
diameter and length from virous wood and other waste materials .
2.The grass pellet machine has widely applicable scope.
It can process different materials like wood chips,sawdust,straw,pasture,palm leaf ,wood waste,
branch,palm tree,sugarcane residue,sawdust,medical slag,hay,discarded edible fungus bags,
bean stalk,wheat stalk,corn stalk,cotton stalks,sunflower stalks,mustard stalk,rice stalks,
coffee husk,cotton shell,peanut shell,rice shell,coconut shell,poultry's waste,tea waste,tea waste,
forestry wastes,forestry wastes,wood chips and many other organic waste resources.
3.The grass pellet machine has perfect working theory:
the raw materials are delivered into the Pellet Machine through a conveyor and then conveyed
into a rotating ring die by a feeder. finely pulverized material will be pressed into ring die through two rotating press rollers. The resulting pressure compresses the material and extrudes it
through the holes in the die. The pellet will be out directly.

5. Full stainless steel. both paddle and shaft are made of stainless steel.
6.Non-dust workshop,Siemens motor,matched with auto cooling and oil adding system
