Introduction
1). Special organic fertilizer granulator is designed by years of experience of design
of manufacture and compound fertilizer equipment of Agricultural Research Institute. It has obtained the national utility model patents.
2). It can use all kinds of organic which has been fermented to granulate.
3)Directly batching after crushing the raw material without drying
4).Manufactured particles are a cylindrical.
5). Organic content can be as high as 100%, to achieve pure organicgranulation,
6). Using organic matter particles can mutual mosaic grow up under a certain force

Raw materials of organic fertilizer machine :
1. Agricultural waste: straw, dregs of beans, cotton dregs, rice bran,etc.
2. Animal manure: mixture of poultry litter and animal waste,such as,
Slaughterhouse Waste,Fish Market,Urine and dung of cattle,Pigs,Sheep,
Chicken, Ducks, Geese,Goat.etc.
3.Industrial waste: wine lees, vinegar residue, manioc waste, sugar scum,
furfural residue etc.
4. Home scrap: food waste, bones, the roots and leaves of vegetables, etc.
5. Sludge: the sludge of the river, the sewer, etc.
Working principle of organic fertilizer machine
The series of roll granulation is extrusion model , its working principle is the belt
and pulley driven by electric motors , to the driving shaft to pass through the
reducer , and synchronization off then gear and the driven shaft opposite the
work . Material from the hopper to join, after the roll extrusion molding ,
mold release , making the ball , and after a chain sent to the broken screen
studio , under the screen and the separation of the finished pieces (the ball)
tablets , and then return the mixture of material with new material
With the continuous rotation of motor , the material continues to enter
in order to achieve mass production .
