Product Description

Mango Pulp:


             Mango Pulp is the prepared by extracting the pulp content from the mangoes. It is prepared from carefully selected and sorted mangoes. Fully matured Mangoes are harvested, quickly transported to our state of art fruit processing plant, inspected and washed.

Production:

             The preparation process includes cutting, de-stoning, refining and packing. Selected high quality fruits go to the controlled ripening chambers; Fully Ripened Mango fruits are then washed, blanched, pulped, deseeded, centrifuged, homogenized, concentrated when required, thermally processed and aseptically filled maintaining sterility. In case of aseptic product the pulp is sterilized and packed in aseptic bags. The refined pulp is also packed in cans, hermetically sealed and retorted. The process ensures that the natural flavor and aroma of the fruit is retained in the final product.

              We have an effective quality management system managed by a team of experts such a way that the mangoes fresh off the farm undergoes a distinct number of testing process to ensure that its quality is impeccable. We strive harder in order to cater each and every need of a customer. 

Fruitangies:


We offer mango pulp in our very own home grown brand "Fruitangies". Fruitangies mango pulp is produced from farm fresh mangoes which undergoes various levels of processing. Its delectable taste will make everyone go mad. Apart from mango being a favourite fruit for many its known for its medicinal values too which is, It has anti- cancer and anti-Inflamatory properties.

We offer two varieties of mango pulp which are,

->Totapuri Mango Pulp

Both the varieties of mangoes are widely cultivated in and around Tamilnadu which will make it easier for us to procure fresh and juicy mangoes straight out of farms. The specifications of the mango pulp is provided below for the reference.
