1. PS foam sheet extrusion line
2.fully auto forming and cutting machine
3. plastic recycle machine
TY-1040 Foam laminating machine can form lunch box, foam tray, food container and so on from raw material. This is the recycle.
The work flow is as follows:
raw material---(ps foam sheet extrusion line)---foam sheet---(fully auto forming and cutting machine)---food box ---(plastic recycle machine)---plastic granulars( this part can be used as raw material)----foam sheet.
TY-1040 Foam laminating machine is the combination of three parts: forming, cutting and stacking. It can help you save manpower. In other words, you can save machine cost with invisible way. The machine not only can form food container, but also can form foam tray, foam box, foam cup and so on. Then you just need different moulds.
