Plastic cup making machine (TY-670C)
It is designed with most advanced thermoforming technology, a combination of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components. And the whole system is controlled by PLC. The machine has good operational interface and electric stove constand temperature preheating function. Send sheets by chain. Use heating tile with infrared ray to heat. Form by up and down mould. Cut by mould knives. It integrates sheet sending, heating, stretching, forming, trimming and winding into one process. The machine is suitable for PP, PS, ABS, HIPS, PET material. They are widely used in producing disposable table wares such as plastic cup, all kinds of lid, ice cream cups, milk cups, jelly cups, instant noodle bowels, toy boxes etc. It can also be used in plastic package in medicine manufacturing, light industry, textile, tourism etc.
