Descriptions: Desiccated Coconut is made from finest quality fresh Vietnam coconut. The fresh meats are carefully cut, dehydrated to retain the full natural flavor and white color. Packed in 02-03 plies of Kraft paper with inner sealed polyethylene liner and PP outside, net weight 9kgs, 12.5kgs, 25kgs, 50 kgs nett / bag or customer’s request. This product is diversified in grades such as : Fine, Medium, Chips and Flakes
Usage:Desiccated coconut is used in making bakery, confectionery (chocolate, biscuits, cake fillings, or extracted for cooking as curry,Sweetened porridge …)
Markets: in domestic and export to overseas (Europe, Asia, Africa, American…). This product has been interested in Middle East, West - South of Asia…
Instructions: sinking in warm water with temperature of 30⁰C - 40⁰C within 3 minutes, press it in one’s hand and extracted, filtered by cloth or through a sieve. Depending on demand of fat content level, we will control suitable water level, usually use 250-400 ml of water per 200 grams of desiccated coconut (average).
