ASEPTICALLY-PACKED COCONUT MILKDescription:
- Aseptically-Packed Coconut Milk is derived from the processing of milk from nine-month old coconut fruits of which optimum quality is maintained until they are processed. The milk is extracted from the coconut meat, filtered, pre-heated, pre-cooled, packed and immediately or rapidly frozen to prevent fermentation and enzymatic deterioration. The coconut milk is then prepared for aseptic processing by transferring into jacketed mixing tank, diluted with water, pre-heated, homogenized, sterilized, cooled, filled in aseptic bag and packed in corrugated carton box or in steel drums with PE bag liner.
- The product is free from extraneous materials.
- All processes employed are in accordance with “Good Manufacturing Practices" and under strict sanitary conditions.

Applications:
Aseptic Coconut Milk can be utilized where the use of fresh coconut milk is required. In ice cream, yoghurts, confectionery, biscuit, beverage and nata de coco manufacturing. For preparation of coconut juice, drinks and pina-colada. Desserts such as coconut milk with sago, Thai, Singaporean and Malaysian desserts.

Aseptically-Packed Coconut Milk is packed in pre-sterilized aseptic bag in double-walled corrugated carton box or in steel drums with PE liner. Net content is 25 liters per bag in box and 210 liters in drum. Merchandise should be stored at temperature not more than 20°C (68°F).
