Gms 500 Shrink Packing MachineThe body of the machine consist of sheet iron and folded construction, 2mm thick, isolated with glass fiber and asbestos plates, both in and outer surfaces are painted with furnaced paint.- Conveyor band is made of monoblock shaft which again riveted to chain so as to obtain a strong cnveyor.- Heater resistances are tube resistances (1000watt) 304 quality stainless pipes filled with electro - magnetic according to machines sizes.- Temparature control is made automatically with thermostatic methods.- Air circulation is desingnes specially for our machine and electricity consupation is 6 Kw/Hour avergly.- Sewing system for sticking work pneumatically. The start is given by pedal so as provide facility.- When teh duration of sewing over, the system sets self to zero.- The packed product which comes out of the machine, stays on the exit roil conveyor. Here it is cooled by fan, so as to assurea stretched and tight pack.
