We are improving and developing the new 10Ton maize flour complete production plant according to the single roller mill and the hammer mill . The new production can separate the corn germ and bran from the product , the flour quality is better .
The cleaning section used the Combination grain sieve , that is to cleaning the impurity , destoner ; the moisture damper and the corn barker . they moisture the maize and crush it , to keep the best milling effect . Of course , we also design the suitable flowchart according client’s requirement .
The flour milling section used the roller mill instead of the hammer mill , The flour quality is more better than the hammer ; the double sifter instead of the extractor , it can classify the flour .
As usual , the smaller capacity machine used the platform scale and handle sew machine to pack the flour
