50T/24H maize milling plant
50T/24H maize milling plant is our main products, we are a factory of 5T to 500T/24h wheat flour milling machines and maize/corn milling machines.
50T/24h maize milling machine have been installed in Tanzaniya, Kenya, Zambia, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Etc.
it's a customized project and can be deisgn depend on different client's different purpose.
for example:
for Kenya market, maize mill produce 'super maize meal'
for Uganda/Tanzanima , maize mill produce 'super white and fine maize flour'
for Zambia/ Zimbabwe/ Malawi , maize mill produce ' breakfast meal and rolle meal'
Maize introduction
a maize mainly have tree parts: germ peel and Endosperm.
Endosperm is mainly for get fine maize product, like maize flour, maiize grits maize rice and so on.
germ and peel are mainly by-products with for animal feeding
maize processing
from maize to fine products, it need though cleaning system to clean maize well and degermintor remove all germ and peel from maize, to get cleaned and well Endosperm to prepare produce good quality maize final products. then the endosperm go to milling section to mill it in to flour /meal /grits/ rice depend on designing.
degerminating
degerminating is a very key products to processing maize, it can scrub germ and peel form endosprom to make sure it clean enough. dpend on client' s need, we will adopt Janpan stype degerminator or America stype degerminator.

A: No,it is because the maize and wheat Physical Characteristics is different,like the shape,the hardness,all are different,and the final product flour size is also different. The cleaner,the roller mill parameter,the plansifter sieve all are different.As professional manufacture for maize meal or flour,cannot processing maize and wheat same time
