The large machine is new model and high efficient product.It uses the rotor with ladder type stripping teeth to produce special forces,making the timber do turning motion and irregular beating movement.
After fricting ,hitting and compressing and stripping during the timber section and claw teeth ,timber and timber section,timber section and slot,causing the wood bark and trunk separate each other fast ,and reaching high efficient peeing bark function.
The features of rotary drum wood debarker:
1.It uses opentype slot ,making the wood come into the inlet at one point ,and get out from other end by automatic productionline operation,overcoming other wood debarker machine which have
to stop electric to get into the wood ,getting out these shortcoming.
2.As the hitting of claw teeth on timber section ,so make the wood recycling movement that peel the wood bark.And it is also suitable for frozen wood ,pine and so on.
3.It can adapt to different species and diameter ,length .Especially Concave curved section Wood can have good touch with Laddertype stripping claw teeth part,so avoid the other wood debarker machine have strict with the timber length and diameter.
