Introduction of chalk making machine
This machine is a new type of practical chalk producing appliance.
It improved the old one's many disadvantage.
Now this machine is in assembly line method.Such as:supplying water automatically, electric beating, grouting, coming out.
It has changed the manual operations into electric clutch with water cycling.
Features of chalk making machine
1. The newly produced chalk is smooth and nice-looking.
2.Decreased worker's labor intensity, improved many times of efficiency.
3.One pattern can contain 800 pieces of chalks.
4.Chalk types have the round ones, the square ones, the hexagon ones, and so on.
Chalk making procedure
1*. Slaked Lime mixer, power on, then fill in the water. The rate for the slaked lime and water is half to half.
2*.The mold should be lubricated enough. And should be lubricated for every cycle
3*. Each model has 808 spaces for the filling, each cycle will be take about 6minutes,
4*. When the filling completed, should be turn off the model make the wet chalk come off from the model, then dry in the sun.
5*. The packing should be completed by handwork.
6*.The shape can be round, rectangle, or star shape. The length of the chalk can be from 75mm-105mm. The model capacity can be as per customers’ request
