Q: How much is the weight for 1 carton?

A: Usually 15kg.

Q: I don't want the products to be packaged in bulk, can that changed?

A: Yes, we usually package it as 15kg per carton, but it can be changed to customers requirement e.g. Retail Packaging.

Q: How is the payment procedure?

A: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance T/T before shipment if using the customer's forwarder.

30% deposit in advance, 70% balance T/T after faxing the copy of BL if using the seller's forwarder.

Q: Who will cover the insurance?

A: The insurance is usually covered by the buyer

Q: Where will the goods be loaded?

A: Shanghai or Shandong Port (China)

Q: How long time will the delivery time take?

A: Within 25 working days upon receiving advance payment, also depending on the country destination.

Q: Have your company passed any quality certifications?

A: Yes we can show certifications such as BRC, HACCP, Iso22000, FDA, Halal, Gluten-Free etc.
