4 Process description
4.1 Refining pot
Double speed motor, the pot heating using coiled coil, internal agitator, oil heating up fast, uniform water, USES the automatic welding technology, appearance looks good and beautiful.
4.2 Drying, decoloring pot
The pot double coiled coil heating, cooling, head down on the cone, the automatic welding technology, good and beautiful appearance, good sealing, internal agitator, save energy.
4.3 High-temperature deodorization pot
Deodorization pot uses the three generations of energy saving products, my company as a whole stainless steel automatic welding technology, the internal high pressure steam injection system, guarantee the reservoir fully mixing, deodorization efficiency, internal double coiled coil, heating, fast cooling, energy saving.
4.4 High efficiency vacuum
Water jet pump with high efficiency and energy saving low, large swept volume, high efficiency, saving steam, etc.

5.2 Decolorization, deodorization part adopts airtight operation, all of a complete set of equipment of automatic welding technology, appearance beautiful and clean.

8.Warranty period, all because of the quality of products has caused the damage or failure of equipment, suppliers responsible for the free repair and replacing spare part. Due to the damage caused by the customer, we only charge material costs for repair and replacement. After the receipt of customers notice, suggest the method to solve problem within six hours, or send personnel to the site to solve the problem within twenty four hours.
