80%-90% of corn is used to process corn grits and corn flour, and 10% of corn as corn germ is used to process
corn germ oil.If this , nearly all corn will be utilized,75%-80% is corn grits and corn flour, 3.5% is corn oil and
the residue is feed powder.

Process of corn oil extraction machine
1. Cleaning.The first step is screen selection, remove big and small impurities from corns with vibration cleaning
screen,and remove stons and other heavy impurities with stoner in the second step,so as to get clean corns.
2. Peeling. Peel the corn husk twice , corn will be graded and corn husk will be conveyed to another workshop for
feed powder.
3. Pelleting. Process whole corns into pellets.
4. Peeling and polishing. Peel corns clean and polish them.
5. Separate big corn grits, middle corn grits and small corn grits with high efficency grading sieve.
6. If process corn flour, grind them into flour and grade them.
