Carefully selecting only the best crops from Thailand and Vietnam, our house brand Golden Royal Jewel, is the leading choice of 100% long grained crystaline white rice. Our extra well milled rice is specially processed with the latest technology to remove the husk and bran layers to produce our top quality white rice kernel that is free of impurities.
Depending on customer requirements, we have various International Grades available with our top brands surpassing the stringent 100% Grade A standards.
Our products come in 1kg, 2.5kg, 5kg, 10kg, 25kg and 50kg individual packaging.
Bulk shipments are also available on request
Our company offers a wide range of commodities, from sugar, rice to rubber, cooking oil and many other products. We have exceptionally strong distribution networks in Souteast Asia and many emergent markets. We also offer various financial services to our local trading partners as well. Incorporated in 1993, Wee Tiong Pte Ltd is an established regional rice, wheat flour and sugar importer and wholesaler. Our rice is mainly from Thailand and Vietnam, and we have successfully built up household brands such as Golden Royal Jewel in Singapore, where our products can be found in most major supermarkets and provision shops. While local sales make up 7 per cent of our total sales, the majority of our business revenues are generated from overseas sales in Indonesia, The Philippines, and Malaysia, amongst others.
Our company had received numerous accolades including the Global Trader Programme initiated by the International Enterprise Singapore. We are also a ten-time recipient of the Enterprise 50 Award that commemorates the top 50 homegrown companies that display unparalleled foresight and innovation in their buiness strategies. Tan Wee Beng, who is one of the directors, also clinched the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of the Year Award 2011, one of the most prestigious personal awards for local business leaders. Furthermore, we are a member of the prestigious Refined Sugar Association (RSA) of London as of 2003.
