Description of biomas wood pellet machine
This series wood pellet machine is mainly used to suppress dust, forage crushed into pellets, equipped with special compulsory feeder feeding and enhanced transmission parts.The spare parts use special ring mold, pressing roller, hoop. Because pellets’ volume is compressed, so the storage space is saved and the transportation is convenient, and the transportation cost is reduced. The pellets’ combustion efficiency is high, easy to burn, less residual carbon.
The mold upward, vertical feed, arching, easy to heat;
The mold static pressure wheel rotation, centrifugal uniform material, surrounding;
The mold two layer, with high yield and high energy can double;
The high pressure filtration independent lubrication, cleaning, smooth;
The independent variable frequency device, ensure the pellet formation rate.
